Turn your medical RP from "bandage and go" into real healthcare roleplay. With "BV Health", players actually get sick - they cough, stumble, faint and spread germs - and your EMS team gets the tools to figure out why and cure it properly.

300+ diseases. From a common cold to appendicitis, strokes and rare conditions - each with its own symptoms, progression and cure.

Symptoms you can see. Visual effects, movement changes, coughing fits, fainting, voice loss, damage over time. Symptoms create drama, but never kill on their own.

Real diagnostics. 17 handheld tools - stethoscope, blood kit, rapid tests and more - plus physical exams, all with role-played prompts and results.

10 medical stations. EKG, stress EKG, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, IV station, dental chair, operating room, lab and toilet - each with proper patient poses.

Lab reports. Hand in samples, keep playing, get notified when the results are ready.

Interactive surgery. A hands-on surgery minigame under general anesthesia.

Contagion & vaccines. Diseases spread between nearby players - and six vaccines grant permanent immunity, with reaction rolls for extra RP.

Adapters for ESX Legacy, QBCore and Qbox included. Simple job/grade role gating, full English & German localization (more languages easily added).
